The first two are for certain, but the conversations between Nancy and Teri deal almost exclusively with the conversations about the case. This is not them talking directly about a man, although by context, Mo is the basis of the discussions. This makes it a little more arguable, but I would argue that at least on one occasion, the discussion is definitely focused on the legal morality rather than the man involved.
