This movie got this rating because it does have two women who talk to each other about wartime tactics and struggles. However, one of these women is a young girl in the military and the other is a grown woman in the military, so I'm not sure if this fully works. There is also a woman who appears later who attempts to kill the young girl on the opposing side of the war, while engaging in a dialogue. Also, the show is an isekai, which means the protagonist, the young girl in the military, was a man in her past life and was reincarnated in another world, so this might change the rating in some way.
