This movie utterly fails the Bechdel Test. There is only one named woman, and an ocean full of men. Evelyn (Elizabeth Shue) only speaks to Captain Krause (Tom Hanks).

Well it is a film about a convoy of ships in the second world war so yeah obviously not to many women(1) But yeah still a good film that just portrays the time how it was and not as a world full of girls just to be inclusive.
