Becca comes home from looking at wedding venues to find Harper has lost her job. Harper is trying to write an article but can’t bring herself to write it because everything she writes is terrible. Becca tells her that it’s going to be terrible at first, but she has to actually write it in order to make it better.

Kirsten also asks Harper to come back to work because the place is falling apart without her. Harper says she has to stop making excuses not to write so she can’t be her assistant but will help her find a new one. They also start discussing the article Harper finished writing in the aforementioned scene.
