The film has a few female characters, all characterized as being wives or mothers of male characters. However, Mary Haskins and Esther Rupp speak very briefly where they introduce themselves to each other (and so are named on screen) and discuss racism. Esther tells Mary that not everyone is "like that." It's brief and the rest of the movie is a beef fest, but it's a pass.
