This one is kind of hard to judge because the main character is a man (Richard) who pretends to be a woman (Bianca), something that almost none of the other characters know until the end of the film. To make matters worse, several other characters are actual drag queens as well. Sticking to the strict definition of the Bechdel test, though, there are six named female characters who have conversations with each other. However, this amounts to just sixty-four seconds out of a roughly eighty-one minute film. Further, thirty-five of those seconds are conversations about title character Bianca, and while the characters talking about her don't know her true gender, if one applies the test knowing what the audience knows, that reduces the time of female conversations to less than half a minute. The film does feature a prominent female deuteragonist in Karma (who is trans, no less), but overall Hurricane Bianca just barely passes the Bechdel test.
