Multiple named women, who talk to each other, about something because a man (Waller-Moone: demonstration, Iran; Moone-Quinn: World Conquest; Quinn-Waller: jail conditions).

Many other plot conversations, but they are Female-Male then Male-Female.

I think this is dubious.

In the scene where Waller mentions Iran, Moone doesn't speak at all (other than whispering the word "Enchantress", to summon the devil inside her).

I'm not sure about the mentioned interactions of Quinn with Moone and Waller, but my overall impression is that they barely count as a "conversation" (at least one communication act by each party).

The least ambiguous conversation, in my opinion, is between Waller and a young woman operating a computer at the base. The woman gives Waller information from sensors and Waller replies with commands. But this young agent is not named.

2-3. Amanda commands Enchantress on what to do, later have a scene of intimidation where a few words are exchanged. Amanda and Harley share an exchange in Belle Reve, Amanda speaks to the Squad with Harley and Tatsu when rescued and at the end of the mission. Harley tries to say hello to Tatsu in the chopper. Harley speaks generally with the Squad and by proxy Tatsu in the bar about being normal. Enchantress addresses the Squad a few times at the climax which include Harley and Tatsu.

The second requirement of the test specifies that the named women speak "to each other". In order to satisfy that, both women need to speak. This negates several of the examples given by itself (the Amanda commanding Enchantress, the Harley saying hello to Tatsu). It also means that a woman addressing a group of people that just happens to contain a woman doesn't count either, unless there is a specific exchange between the women (such as a woman asking a question, and the other woman addresses the answer to the whole group, but is clearly a response to the first woman.) This gets rid of most of the rest of the examples. There are a couple I'd want to look at again before completely disagreeing with the rating, but the only conversion between females I remember that includes an actual exchange is when Harley is pretending to join Enchantress. But she starts the conversation by saying "I lost my Puddin'. You can get him back, right?" So the conversations about a man. I think it only hits 2 out of 3.

I don't feel like the exchange between Harley and Amanda was what you can call a conversation... It Was more of a following of jokes and quick punchlines

This definitely passes three out of three
Waller talks to Harley when she's still in prison, including the lines "are you the devil?" "Maybe." And later thetes an exchange between waller and enchantress after enchantress captures her, which is entirely interrogation between two named female characters, with no mention of any male character. In the final scene enchantress says "come out of the shadows, I won't bite." to which Harley responds "okay". Finally, when Waller reunites with the squad she asks what they want, and Harley responds "an expresso machine". While many of these conversations are short, even one line per character, they're clearly examples of named female characters talking about something other than a man.
