It's arguable that there are three named women, Barbara Gordon, Genie and "The Fat Lady". I don't recall any of the escorts/ sex workers being named, although they may talk to each other at one point, it is about the Joker.
Besides failing the test the film is incredibly misogynistic, sticking to the "women in refrigerators" trope faithfully and objectifying the crap out of Batgirl. I understand the source material and the need to follow the story, but they made Batgirl an unlikable, fragile, impulsive plot device.

The wife's name is Jeannie, but otherwise agree. Of the two named women, they don't even meet (one is a memory), and the call girls only talk to Batman, about Joker. I thought Batgirl was fine as a flawed character trying to keep up with an ideal, though, even if the whole "adult" air of the movie felt weird to me.
