There's only one named female character in the film, Igor's love interest Lorelei. The only time in the movie she speaks to another woman, it's in the background, with no audible dialogue. There are barely any other speaking women in the movie — a nurse gets a line of dialogue, a couple of party guests get one or two apiece — but they only ever talk to men.
