There are various women (or female characters) in the film, namely Gina, Elizabeth Harris, Nurse Gretchen, and Laurel and Lily Bressler, but most of them don't meet. Laurel and Lily are sisters, the children of Professor Bressler. They only appear briefly at the end, and I am almost certain they don't talk to each other.
