I'm yet to see the film again (I watched it for the first time two days ago) so my memory of specific details may be a tad hazy, but I can guarantee the film features at least three significant female characters two of which protagonists (one is a lead) and the third being the overarching antagonist. The film is especially unique for a superhero film in the sense that it features no romance or sexualisation whatsoever: it focuses on meaningful story threads and character growth for all of its characters regardless of sex: primarily focusing on themes of mental health, unfulfillment and depression within its characters. I remember there being at least two moments where female characters have meaningful conversations, unrelated to the film's male characters. However, I may have to rewatch the film to rectify this.

The first conversation between two named women in the film is right after Valentina's hearing between her and her assistant, Mel, where they discuss getting rid of any information that could get Val impeached or sent to prison and the "shadow ops". Another conversation that follows shortly after is between Val and Yelena about Yelena wanting to do something more public-facing and Yelena's last assignment for OXE. Easy pass even just with those.
