Definitely passes. The movie stars two women, and most of their conversations with one another revolve around raising money to pay rent for the apartment they share.

The entire movie is centered on two female leads. There are additional named, female characters interacting with each other, too. This can't possibly be anything less than a 2/3. They do have conversations about men, but they also have many other conversations.

This movie passes the test with flying colors.

The two women, Dreux and Alyssa, are the main characters, they have names and talk to each other about money. Dreux also talks to the woman who interviewed her about their background. It meets all three criteria

Mama Ruth and Dreux discuss orange juice and Dreux's upcoming job interview. They are the first named women to discuss something other than a man, but Dreux and Alyssa also have many conversations that don't include men. There's also a great scene where Dreux, Alyssa, and Kathy discuss credit. That conversation isn't about men.

The two main characters, both named females, have many discussions that do not center around men (though it is true they also have many that do). They discuss finances, career, personal drive, and many schemes to come up with cash, all not related to men.

The two protagonists are both women and the entire movie is conversations between the two of them, including about Dreux's career and Alyssa's art-making. There is also a job interview between Dreux and Shayla.
