Lady Parts is follows the main character's journey overcoming vulvo-vaginal pain after moving back with her parents. The relationship between her and the mom develops over time as they discuss finances, cancer, moving, and how they show love for each other. There is also a friend of the main character who reaches out to her to talk about vaginal pain issues a few times.
