Main character is small child, seven-year-old female (Chloe) who talks to
1) her mother about being scared
2) her next-door neighbor (Harper) about wanting a mother and wanting to be hugged
3) the mother of her next door neighbor (Nancy Reed), ordering the woman to hug her

Also Nancy Reed and Harper talk to each other. And Harper has a slumber party which Chloe crashes, and a Mean Girl makes nasty comments.

I just saw this movie and I am almost certain that it also fails the reverse bechdel test (there is not a conversation between two men that is not about a woman).
