There is a brief scene in which Madeline speaks to Nomi in a bathroom. The topic of the conversation isn't about men. I'd say it's a dubious 3/3.

I mean, in most of that scene her mom was talking about how her dad left them, and implying he wasn't a doctor nor a good man (as far as I can remember, not like I paid a ton of attention daring this movie).
